Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Role Overview This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services in a patient-centered environment, working directly in a 1:1 setting with diverse patients. You will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and delegating tasks to assistants and students as appropriate.

Documentation must be completed according to departmental policies, and ongoing assessments or consultations are required.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and executing treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional outcomes
• Educating and consulting with patients, families, and providers, making referrals when necessary
• Delegating interventions to team members based on skill level
• Maintaining accurate documentation and conducting reassessments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required); Master's Degree preferred
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Experience is not mandatory
