Occupational Therapist - Float

Role Overview: The Occupational Therapist plans and implements treatment programs for patients across all ages, based on established practices. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and providing coverage across various settings, including acute/inpatient, outpatient orthopedics, and neurologic rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide coverage across multiple clinical environments as needed.
• Qualifications & Skills Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Doctorate (OTD) or Master’s (MOT) in Occupational Therapy.

Experience

Preferred minimum of one year of clinical experience.

Licensure & Certification

Valid Occupational Therapist license from the relevant licensing board, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 90 days of start.
