Role Overview

We are seeking a

Physical Therapist

to provide patient-centered, skilled therapy services in a hybrid

acute/inpatient setting

with a supportive 1:1 care environment. The role involves establishing treatment plans, delivering therapy, and considering discharge needs, functional status, and equipment. You will educate patients and collaborate with families and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed.

Delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and students through clear communication, and completing documentation per departmental policies are key responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s preferred
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• No prior experience required, but licensed professionals are encouraged to apply

Key Duties

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess, reassess, and consult on physical therapy needs
• Educate patients, families, and team members, making appropriate referrals
• Delegate interventions to team members based on skill levels
• Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with policies
