Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Role Overview

This full-time Physical Therapist position involves providing skilled evaluation and treatment services primarily for orthopedic, physiatry, and pain management patients. Key responsibilities include establishing treatment plans, delivering interventions, educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Master's Degree preferred)
• Valid Physical Therapist License
• Experience is not required but manual therapy skills are a plus
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for patient and team interactions

Key Duties

• Assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans considering discharge goals
• Educate and coordinate with patients, families, and other providers; refer to specialists as needed
• Delegate tasks appropriately and complete thorough documentation
• Provide assessment, reassessment, and consultation for physical therapy services
