Physical Therapist - Pediatrics

Role:

Provides skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient pediatric setting, with a focus on evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment.
• Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams, making appropriate referrals.
• Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring competency and safety.
• Completes documentation in line with departmental policies.
• Conducts assessments, re-assessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s preferred.
• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• No prior experience required; supervision experience not necessary.
• Interest or experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation is a plus.
