Role Overview

Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience for an outpatient multidisciplinary setting. The role involves providing outpatient evaluation and treatment for patients with physical impairments affecting work or leisure activities. The department is staffed by occupational therapists, assistants, and students.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment.
• Educating and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, including making referrals.
• Delegating tasks to assistants and students based on their skill levels.
• Providing assessments, consultations, and treatments aligned with clinical guidelines and policies.
• Supporting staff development, care delivery, and process improvements through participation in projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience; board certification and licensure in area of expertise.
