Physical Therapist

Role & Responsibilities: This position involves planning and implementing physical therapy treatment programs across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. It supervises roles such as Physical Therapy Assistants, aides, and students/observers.

The role requires performing physical activities like lifting, assisting with patient care, and adapting treatments to individual needs. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, handling emergency situations, and maintaining infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidates must have the ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations, including lifting loads of up to 50 pounds, mobility, stamina, and physical dexterity.
• Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively.
• Physical requirements include vision correction and hearing assistance.
• The role may involve exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and require wearing protective equipment.
