About this role
For our client, we are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager, MMA to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will lead integrated execution for a complex technical program that spans engineering, manufacturing readiness, and customer commitments. The position requires strong program leadership, technical breadth, and the ability to align multiple disciplines around a clear baseline, realistic milestones, and measurable outcomes.
You will partner closely with engineering teams, executives, and external stakeholders to keep delivery on track, manage risk, and translate customer needs into executable plans.

Compensation: $220,000 – $350,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own integrated program execution by establishing and maintaining the program baseline.
- Translate customer needs into executable plans with measurable success criteria.
- Drive multidisciplinary coordination among engineering teams.
- Keep affordability and production central to execution planning.
- Manage customer and partner commitments through program reviews and communication.
- Anticipate and retire risks by identifying critical-path threats and resource gaps.
- Build the path to production by aligning development schedules with manufacturing readiness.
- Provide clear executive visibility on milestone confidence and technical progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in aerospace engineering, technical program management, or complex hardware/software development.
- Experience leading major aerospace programs through development and test milestones.
- Technical breadth to evaluate integration dependencies and challenge execution assumptions.
- Demonstrated ownership of schedules, budgets, program risks, and cross-functional delivery.
- Experience with government customers or major aerospace partners on requirements and delivery commitments.
- Ability to lead through influence and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefings.
