For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager, Mission Autonomy (R6152) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead complex technical program execution at the intersection of autonomy software and aerospace systems. The person in this position will coordinate engineering teams across hardware, software, labs, testing, and operations to bring highly integrated products from concept through deployment.

Success in this role will depend on driving clear program plans, managing risk and financial tracking, and enabling strong cross-functional decision-making that supports mission impact and customer outcomes.

Location

Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $220,000 – $330,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of autonomy software onto the aircraft platform.
  • Ensure synchronization between aircraft engineering and autonomy software teams.
  • Define clear program objectives related to mission impact and customer success.
  • Develop and execute integrated project plans including schedules and budgets.
  • Facilitate effective decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate system integration across labs, ground tests, and operations.
  • Drive program execution, ensuring timely tracking of financials and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related experience in technical program management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering programs from concept to operational deployment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of autonomy, aerospace systems, or complex integrated products.
  • Successful management of program execution pertaining to scope, schedule, budget, risk, and technical performance.
  • Familiarity with program management practices including PMRs and gate reviews.
  • Exceptional skills in communication and managing stakeholders across distributed teams.
  • Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex, fast-paced environments.
