We are seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, strategy, and evolution of enterprise AI ecosystems.

This role will define architectural standards, establish reusable frameworks, and guide the adoption of advanced AI capabilities, including autonomous systems, intelligent workflows, knowledge platforms, and cloud-native AI services. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across the organization while driving innovation, governance, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise AI Platform Strategy & Architecture

• Partner with product and business stakeholders to define AI platform strategies, architectural standards, reference models, and technology roadmaps.
• Establish enterprise-wide AI foundation services and shared platform capabilities.
• Create reusable architecture patterns that accelerate the development and deployment of AI-powered applications.
• Align AI platform investments with organizational objectives and long-term technology strategies.
• Build prototypes and evaluate emerging frameworks, tools, and technologies to support next-generation AI solutions.

Intelligent Systems & Autonomous Workflows

• Architect advanced AI-driven workflows, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous operational capabilities.
• Define standards for intelligent system communication, collaboration models, and human oversight mechanisms.
• Develop scalable implementation patterns for enterprise AI applications and intelligent assistants.
• Provide architectural guidance to accelerate adoption of advanced AI technologies across business functions.

AI Integration & Platform Connectivity

• Design architecture standards for AI platform integration and enterprise connectivity.
• Establish secure, scalable integration approaches between AI systems and business applications.
• Create reusable integration frameworks, APIs, and reference implementations.
• Guide enterprise-wide approaches for AI service consumption, orchestration, and interoperability.

Knowledge Platforms & AI-Driven Information Solutions

• Architect enterprise knowledge platforms that support intelligent search, contextual retrieval, and information discovery.
• Define scalable solutions for knowledge management, semantic understanding, and contextual data access.
• Establish reference architectures for enterprise knowledge services and AI-powered information systems.
• Lead the design and optimization of AI-enabled knowledge solutions that enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks to ensure continuous performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI solutions.

AI Governance, Security & Responsible AI

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and governance teams to establish AI security controls, architecture guardrails, and compliance standards.
• Define responsible AI frameworks that support ethical, transparent, and secure AI adoption.
• Review solution architectures to ensure adherence to security, privacy, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
• Partner with enterprise architecture and security leaders to govern AI platform strategies and implementations.
• Incorporate cost optimization, scalability, operational efficiency, and governance principles into AI platform designs.

Technology Leadership & Advisory

• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and strategic technology discussions.
• Advise executive stakeholders on AI opportunities, platform capabilities, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative solutions to inform strategic decisions.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and technical teams while promoting architecture best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or related technology leadership roles.
• Strong background in software engineering, architecture design, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing AI, machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, or cloud-based solutions.
• Professional cloud certification or equivalent expertise in cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience architecting cloud-native platforms in multi-cloud environments.
• Expertise in enterprise integration architectures, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience leading architecture governance, design reviews, and strategic technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile and modern software development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI platform services, enterprise AI ecosystems, intelligent assistants, and advanced AI orchestration frameworks.
• Expertise designing knowledge retrieval, semantic search, vector-based information systems, and intelligent content platforms.
• Experience establishing AI governance models, responsible AI standards, and enterprise operating frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, platform engineering, AI observability, MLOps, or AI operations practices.
• Experience working in highly regulated, critical infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven success developing enterprise-wide AI transformation roadmaps and platform modernization strategies.
• Familiarity with advanced cloud AI services, enterprise productivity AI platforms, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging technologies and translate innovation into scalable business capabilities.
