In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft engaging user experiences, transform insights into innovative solutions, and contribute to the evolution of a customer-centered design culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-focused digital experiences that address customer needs while supporting business objectives.
- Apply expertise across interaction design, visual design, user experience, and service design to create high-quality product experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Create and maintain design deliverables such as user journeys, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Leverage design systems, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Champion human-centered design principles by incorporating research findings, customer feedback, data insights, and usability considerations.
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to deliver thoughtful and effective design solutions.
- Explore emerging technologies, tools, and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced customer experiences.
- Facilitate collaborative design activities, workshops, and discussions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Present design concepts, research insights, and recommendations to audiences across multiple levels and functions.
- Continuously iterate on solutions through testing, feedback, and data-driven refinement.
- Contribute to the growth and maturity of the design practice through collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving approaches, project outcomes, and measurable impact.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interface designs.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and design best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience working with design and prototyping tools.
- Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Experience working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and user research methodologies.
- Experience designing solutions within complex, data-driven, or highly regulated industries.
- Ability to synthesize user research, business objectives, and technical requirements into actionable design strategies.
- Experience presenting and defending design decisions using research, data, and user insights.
- Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in customer experience design.
