Human Resources Manager

Area Human Resources Manager supporting multiple locations within a protective services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Advise and coach managers on performance management and corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
• Partner with operations leaders to support organizational goals and a mission-driven, safety-focused culture.
• Support training and certification pathways aligned to operational needs.
• Use HR data and metrics to improve engagement, retention, and HR effectiveness.
• Qualifications & Skills Proven HR leadership experience across employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR policy compliance.
• Excellent coaching and conflict-resolution abilities for complex employee matters.
• Strong analytical skills using HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and develop practical HR solutions.
