Accountant

Staff Accountant responsible for supporting manufacturing accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Record and process general ledger entries and support reconciliations Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Maintain and track fixed assets Prepare and support month-end close activities Assist with cost accounting, inventory analysis, and operational financial reporting Maintain internal controls and support audit readiness Improve accounting processes and documentation to enhance accuracy and efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership to provide reliable financial data Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles and close/reconciliation processes Experience with AP/AR and fixed asset accounting Analytical skills for inventory and cost-related analysis Attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial reporting Ability to support internal controls, audits, and process improvement Comfort working in a cross-functional environment with a focus on precision and continuous improvement
