Monday-Friday | Typically 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, hands-on Physical Therapists for outpatient clinics in Reseda and Glendale, CA. Candidates should be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload with aide assistance and providing direct patient care in a productivity-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy and monitor progress.
• Manage approximately 25-30 patients daily with aide assistance.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Coordinate with aides and clinic staff.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and contribute to clinic productivity.

Qualifications

• DPT or qualifying physical therapy degree.
• Active, unrestricted California PT license.
• At least 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Current hands-on clinical experience.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Commitment to full-time, long-term employment.
