Occupational Therapist (Hybrid: Home Health & Outpatient)

Full-Time | Hybrid Setting

What Your Week Looks Like

• Work-Life Balance: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week).
• Zero On-Call: No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.
• Hybrid Model: ~3 days providing home health care and ~2 days delivering outpatient rehab
• Daily Patient Volume: 2-6 visits per day for Home Health; 10-12 patients per day in Outpatient.
• Travel: 25-50 miles per day on average during home health days with mileage reimbursement provided.

What We're Looking For

• Education & Licensure: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Oregon OT license, and NBCOT certification.
• Driving Requirements: Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and CPR certification.
• Experience: 1 year of OT experience preferred (home health or outpatient experience is a plus). New grads welcome to apply!
• Patient Focus: Adaptable therapist comfortable working primarily with middle-aged and geriatric populations.
