Job Summary & Responsibilities
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Occupational Therapist (OT)
to join a skilled nursing facility in
Pawling, NY
. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.
The OT will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor resident progress, maintain accurate documentation, supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), and participate in resident-centered care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
Education, Licensure, And Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active New York State Occupational Therapist License required.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
