Responsibilities

• Perform admissions, transfers, discharges, and fall reporting.
• Administer medications with the med pass at the start of shift; supervise up to 2 CNAs at night.
• Provide treatments and monitor resident status; document care in the designated charting system.
• Maintain accurate resident care plans and ensure safety, comfort, and quality of care across shifts.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and coordinate with daytime staff for seamless transitions.

Requirements

• Active RN license in North Dakota; BSN not required; license submission may be required and willing to wait.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience with admissions, transfers, discharges, and fall reporting preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; every other weekend and holiday.
• Capacity to manage care for up to 35 residents at night with med pass and a small CNA/MED aide team; ability to perform all treatments per plan.
