QA Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Execute and manage testing activities, including creating test cases, documenting results, and logging defects.
• Support quality assurance processes by participating in requirements and design reviews and developing test scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to support test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Recommend enhancements to QA practices and support testing activities across projects and production support.
• Perform system and problem analysis for applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in software application development and testing.
• Coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test planning, test case design, and defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and system architecture concepts.
