About this role

About The Role

The role focuses on designing intuitive, end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile applications used by thousands of daily active users. This is a hands-on design position where you will translate ambiguous product requirements into clear flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces using Figma.

You will work directly with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to ship features that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. The team values research-informed decisions, fast iteration, and design quality that holds up in production.

Key Responsibilities

Own the design process for features from discovery through launch: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma Conduct and synthesize user research - usability testing, user interviews, and surveys - and translate findings into actionable design decisions Design and maintain components within the design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile surfaces Partner closely with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-accurate implementation, including design specs, redlines, and QA during build Run lightweight usability tests on prototypes and live products, documenting results and iterating based on evidence Present design rationale to stakeholders, clearly articulating tradeoffs and connecting decisions to user and business outcomes Contribute to accessibility standards, ensuring designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional UX/product design experience, with shipped work across web and mobile platforms Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, and component libraries A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product design, including the reasoning behind your decisions Hands-on experience with user research methods (usability testing, interviews) and synthesizing qualitative data Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design principles Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Psychology, or related field - or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with design systems at scale, front-end development basics (HTML/CSS), motion design tools (ProtoPie, After Effects), or data-informed design via tools like Maze or Hotjar
