Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain a quarterly product roadmap, balancing customer commitments, technical debt, and new capability investments Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories in Jira, with clear acceptance criteria that engineers can execute against without ambiguity Conduct customer discovery calls and synthesize qualitative feedback alongside product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent) to validate problem-solution fit Partner with engineering leads on technical tradeoffs, sprint planning, and release scoping - making call decisions when priorities conflict Define and track success metrics for every launch, including adoption, retention, and revenue impact; present results to leadership in quarterly business reviews Run competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning, pricing inputs, and differentiation opportunities Coordinate cross-functional launches with marketing, sales enablement, and customer success to drive feature adoption post-release What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a technical or platform product with engineering stakeholders Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured product documentation - PRDs, RFCs, and launch plans that engineers and executives both trust Hands-on fluency with modern product tooling: Jira, Figma, SQL, and at least one analytics platform (Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau) Strong technical foundation - able to discuss APIs, system architecture, and data models credibly with engineers without needing an engineering degree Track record of shipping: able to point to specific features or products launched end-to-end, with measurable outcomes Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience shipping software products
