Operations Manager

About The Role

The role owns the operational backbone of a fast-growing technology company: running the programs, processes, and cross-functional coordination that keep engineering, product, and go-to-market teams executing at pace. The operations manager works closely with leadership to translate strategy into structured, measurable execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on identifying bottlenecks, building scalable workflows, and driving projects to measurable outcomes. From vendor and tooling management to OKR tracking and operational reporting, the role directly shapes how efficiently the business runs as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve core operational processes, documenting SOPs and workflows in tools like Notion or Confluence Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end, managing timelines, owners, and deliverables in Jira, Asana, or Linear Build and maintain operational dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets-based reporting) covering KPIs like headcount, spend, and process cycle times Coordinate quarterly planning: track OKRs, run retrospectives, and surface blockers to leadership Manage vendor relationships and SaaS tooling stack, including procurement, renewals, and license optimization Partner with finance and people ops on budget tracking, headcount planning, and onboarding logistics Identify and implement process automations using tools like Zapier or internal scripts to reduce manual work What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of experience in operations, program management, or business operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in Jira, Asana, or similar work management tools Proficient in data analysis and reporting using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI tools (Looker, Tableau) Track record of designing and shipping process improvements with quantified business impact Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align stakeholders across engineering, sales, and finance Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with SQL-based analysis, OKR frameworks (e.g., Lattice, 15Five), or building ops automations; PMP or equivalent certification
