About this role

About The Role

The role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and revenue: translating business questions into analyses, requirements, and process changes that improve how the company sells and operates.

Working across sales operations, finance, and product teams, the Business Analyst owns reporting, systems administration, and data-driven decision support in a fast-scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to track pipeline, bookings, retention, and go-to-market performance
  • Partner with revenue operations to administer and optimize the CRM (Salesforce) and adjacent systems, including workflow automation and data quality standards
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications for reporting, integrations, and process improvements
  • Run deep-dive analyses on sales productivity, customer segmentation, and pricing to inform quarterly planning and forecasting
  • Document business processes and identify automation opportunities across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle
  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles with scenario modeling and variance analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership with clear, actionable narratives

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience as a business analyst, revenue operations analyst, or in a comparable data-focused role
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and modeling
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, including reporting and workflow configuration
  • Experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Ability to move fluidly between technical detail and business framing; strong written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, information systems, or related) or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: exposure to Python or R for analysis, experience with RevOps tooling (Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo), or familiarity with data warehouse environments like Snowflake or BigQuery
