Physician Assistant (PA) – Outpatient Specialty Clinic

Columbia, SC | Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 base salary + Bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant to join our practice in Colubmia, SC.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA who enjoys practicing with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with experienced physicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Manage follow-up appointments and monitor patient progress
• Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic imaging
• Prescribe medications and treatments within your scope of practice
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active South Carolina Physician Assistant license
• Current BLS certification
• National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Two or more years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
