I’m working with a well-established, accredited home health and hospice agency with branches across Texas. Their mission is simple: take care of their patients and their people, and help patients reach their best health and comfort at home. They lead with courage, compassion, and commitment, and their clinical leadership has more than 50 years of combined home care experience.

They opened their Dallas branch in 2026 and need a hands-on Executive Director to grow it. The foundation is in place, with the license, team, and referral sources already established. Now it needs a leader to take it to the next level.

Why this one stands out

• Strong earning potential. The base salary is $100,000 to $110,000, plus a quarterly bonus of up to 30% of your annual salary. For example, at $100K that’s up to $7,500 a quarter, or $30K a year.
• Room to build. This is a newer branch with a current census of about 21 and a lot of room to grow. Your growth plan will shape it.
• Real backing. You’ll have the support of an established multi-branch agency, with corporate resources behind you.
• Skilled clinical work. Patients include wound care, wound vacs, PleurX catheters, IV infusion, diabetes, hypertension, post-op, and weekly labs.

What you’ll oversee

• Full branch operations, including clinical quality, compliance, staffing, and census growth
• A team that includes an RN Case Manager, PRN RN and LVNs, PRN HHA and LMSW, and Account Executive support
• Partnering with Account Executives to build referral relationships and grow census
• Hiring and developing your team as the branch grows

What you need

• Home health leadership experience (Administrator, Executive Director, Branch Director, or DON)
• Strong knowledge of Texas home health regulations and compliance
• Experience growing census and building referral relationships
• A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach. This will be a busy role
• RN preferred

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
