Multimedia Designer

Location

Framingham, MA (Hybrid - T/W/TH onsite, W/F remote)

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri

Duration: 6 months with potential to extend based on performance and business needs

Compensation Range: $35.00 - $40.00/hr

Bring dynamic creative campaigns to life for a global iconic music electronics enterprise brand by transforming complex internal updates into visually engaging, brand-aligned storytelling. You will produce multi-channel content, ranging from high-impact presentations to digital graphics and video cuts, that connects, inspires, and engages employees worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and adapt multi-channel creative assets-including graphics, motion elements, intranet visuals, and basic video edits-to keep global teams connected and informed.
• Design and polish executive presentation decks in PowerPoint, converting complex concepts into clear visual diagrams, charts, and timelines.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all print, digital, email, and social collateral while managing QA, accessibility checks, and file distribution.
• Coordinate production workflows, email template builds, and performance metrics tracking across internal communication platforms to measure campaign engagement.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 3-5 years of progressive graphic design experience in a creative or corporate environment.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint, with exposure to basic video editing tools.
• Portfolio/Work Samples: Design portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, color theory, and multi-format collateral.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or related field), with exceptional organizational skills and a calm, proactive approach under tight deadlines.
