Responsibilities:

• Direct full-lifecycle footwear design strategies to deliver innovative, high-performing product lines across global markets.
• Lead dynamic, cross-functional creative teams to elevate product construction, build standards, and aesthetic execution.
• Utilize advanced Adobe design suites and digital rendering tools to transform complex design concepts into market-ready prototypes.
• Drive solution-oriented design methodologies to solve technical product challenges and meet evolving consumer demands.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive footwear design experience within top-tier global athletic brands or competitors[cite: 1, 2].
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, product construction fundamentals, and advanced 3D rendering tools[cite: 1, 2].
• Proven track record of strategic team leadership, people management, and driving high-visibility market innovation.

Strong consumer and market acumen paired with a highly collaborative, solution-oriented mindset; degree preferred.
