Airtable Solutions Architect

Type: Contract through end of 2026

Compensation Range: $65-$70/hr W2

We're seeking an experienced Airtable consultant to help design and build a consolidated tool for managing content approvals across 12 external firms. Each firm has its own submission capacity, requirements, editorial guidelines, and turnaround times. The information needed for this process currently lives across two Airtable bases and an Excel workbook.

The goal is to bring the relevant information together into a clear, firm-by-firm view-while preserving the existing systems and avoiding changes that disrupt their current users and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the existing Airtable bases, Excel workbook, data structures, and workflows.
• Working with the owners of those systems to learn what information is stored where and how the systems are used.
• Developing a data strategy and Airtable architecture to bring the required information together.
• Determining how the systems should sync, including whether information should flow in one direction or both.
• Identifying field-mapping or naming issues and coordinating any needed adjustments with the relevant system owners.
• Building the MVP: a consolidated, firm-oriented view of new, maintained, and backlogged content alongside firm requirements and available submission slots.
• Supporting documentation and job aids.

Qualifications:

• Strong, hands-on Airtable experience.
• Experience with data strategy, architecture, and systems integration.
• Ability to assess existing systems and design a solution that connects them without disrupting their current functions.
• Strong systems thinking: understanding how the technical system, data model, business process, and surrounding ecosystem affect one another.
• Ability to translate business needs into a practical tool and execute the build.
