Are you a versatile Senior Graphic Designer passionate about health and wellness? Join a mission-driven, high-growth direct-to-consumer brand and bring science-backed products to life across digital, social, retail, and packaging touchpoints!

Responsibilities:

• Design creative for paid social, organic social, email, landing pages, website updates, retail, packaging, presentations, and other brand initiatives.
• Translate complex nutrition concepts into accessible, visually engaging communications.
• Develop campaign concepts and extend them consistently across channels and formats.
• Create performance-marketing assets at scale, including thoughtful iterations for testing.
• Support new product launches through packaging, product storytelling, e-commerce assets, and launch campaigns.
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, freelancers, photographers, and other creative partners.
• Partner with copywriters and cross-functional teams to ensure every asset is accurate, cohesive, and aligned with the brief.
• Incorporate feedback from brand, performance data, and customer insights to improve creative effectiveness.
• Help ensure health and product claims are presented clearly and comply with approved brand and regulatory guidance.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within consumer products, wellness, food and beverage, beauty, or a high-growth direct-to-consumer brand.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital campaigns, e-commerce, and multi-channel execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with AI design and creative platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and similar tools) for ideation, image generation, and production acceleration
• Excellent command of typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and image selection.
• Experience designing performance-marketing creative and adapting concepts across formats.

Strong production skills, including preparing files for digital, print, packaging, and retail applications.
