Digital Designer

Location

Atlanta, Georgia Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $30 - 35 per hour We are looking for a Digital Production Designer (Junior to Mid-Level) to support our creative team on a 6 to 7-month contract basis. This position focuses on high-volume digital asset creation, with a primary emphasis on preparing, resizing, and optimizing web imagery for Amazon listings, digital banners, email marketing, and social media platforms.

The right candidate is a self-motivated Photoshop expert with high attention to detail, exceptional organizational habits, and the capacity to excel in a fast-moving environment. Prior experience with Amazon asset standards is a plus, but we welcome applications from anyone with solid digital production fundamentals and advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day digital asset production, performing tasks such as resizing, cropping, color correction, and recoloring to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and technical requirements.
• Leverage style guides and standard templates to produce top-tier digital graphics quickly across various online platforms.
• Review existing web and promotional graphics, revising current files or developing new production-ready assets when required.
• Collaborate with designers, team members, and cross-functional partners to uphold quality standards and satisfy project requirements.
• Balance multiple priorities while consistently delivering clean, professional assets on tight turnarounds.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for core digital image generation, editing, and manipulation.
• Solid grasp of digital production workflows, including image cropping, resizing, color adjustment, and formatting.
• Entry-to-mid level experience with a proven track record of managing heavy production volumes.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced workflows, handle tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong collaborative mindset with clear communication skills.
• Capable of multitasking effectively and incorporating creative feedback smoothly.
