The Graphic Designer is a core creative anchor within the team, focused on putting their passion for design to work every day. This role brings vital organizational value by collaborating with internal allies to build a wide range of clear, engaging assets for marketing campaigns and communications.
Working within a highly connected environment, the designer carries high-quality creative work from concept to final delivery, ensuring the brand stays sharp, consistent, and forward-thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Generate clear creative concepts and designs that align tightly with marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
- Create and build a variety of digital and print materials, including presentations, brochures, ads, banners, email templates, infographics, and animations.
- Present design concepts articulately and explain the underlying rationale clearly to marketing teams and management.
- Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and agency partners to finalize design requests and maintain brand integrity.
- Execute precise and timely edits to digital and print files based on partner and client feedback.
- Prepare final, press-ready files for print production and review proofs to ensure accuracy.
- Provide clear direction to production artists to help bring high-level creative concepts to life.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet shifting deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files and respond to artwork requests in a timely manner.
- Renew design software skills continually and stay updated on industry trends to maintain high-quality work standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, or a related field, along with 5+ years of graphic design experience.
- Deep understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, color theory, print production, and web design.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, down-to-earth mindset and the ability to work independently or closely with a team.
- Expert know-how in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively against a creative brief.
Forward-thinking mindset with an openness to exploring new technologies, automation tools, and AI-driven design applications to optimize workflows and stay ahead of industry trends.
