On behalf of our financial services client, we are seeking a Product Manager to join their Client Digital Investor Services Team. The Client Digital Investor Services team defines, delivers, and manages the lifecycle of platforms enabling scalable client interactions. Their digital experience is the primary way clients engage on a daily basis, and they are dedicated to building a best-in-class investor experience.

They operate with a modern, innovative mindset to redefine both business operations and industry standards for investor services.

In this role, you will lead the strategy, creation, and delivery of digital messaging capabilities. You will partner with cross-enterprise teams to understand their messaging needs, quantify client and business impact, and execute a high-impact messaging roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Envision the future state and build near-term roadmaps for digital messaging channels and adoption.
  • Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-channel digital messaging solutions, from requirement gathering through deployment.
  • Client Service: Deliver compelling digital capabilities that drive better outcomes and experiences for investors.
  • Partnership: Collaborate across enterprise platforms to align messaging capability delivery with key business goals.
  • Vision & Alignment: Partner with leadership to define, prioritize, and execute product goals and long-term vision.
  • Backlog & Sprint Management: Define, groom, and prioritize the product backlog; create detailed user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria; support sprint/release planning alongside Scrum Masters.
  • Agile Leadership: Champion Agile methodologies by actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
  • User-Centric Design: Ensure product designs address client pain points, market needs, and usability feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with technical teams, UX/design, legal, compliance, and external vendors through testing, release management, and issue resolution.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Act as the subject matter expert and advocate for digital messaging capabilities; develop engagement plans and communicate updates to leadership.
  • Cross-Platform Strategy: Think "horizontally" across channels to deliver a seamless, unified experience across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • 4+ years of digital product owner experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner or team lead.
  • Technical familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or working within regulated environments is a plus.

  • Adaptability & Drive: Self-starter with strong organizational skills, curiosity, and a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
