Responsibilities

• Synthesize complex project and program updates into clear insights, milestones, risks, and priorities for operational teams and senior leadership.
• Develop audience-specific communications, including weekly rollups, team updates, executive briefings, leadership readouts, articles, announcements, and newsletters.
• Design and refine executive presentations, digital experiences, internal websites, landing pages, resource hubs, infographics, and other visual assets.
• Research topics, interview subject matter experts, curate and retouch imagery, and ensure content meets brand, clarity, tone, and accuracy standards.
• Manage sensitive information and incorporate senior stakeholder feedback quickly and thoughtfully.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive reporting, editorial writing, journalism, presentation design, or visual design.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, audience-appropriate communications, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Expert presentation design capabilities, including typography, layout, visual storytelling, animation, and transitions.
• Strong understanding of digital UX/UI principles, information architecture, responsive web design, and modern digital storytelling.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, or similar, plus experience using generative AI tools for writing, ideation, asset creation, or rapid digital prototyping.
