Visual Designer

Required:

• Experience: 3–5+ years in corporate communications, executive reporting, editorial writing, journalism, or presentation/visual design.
• Synthesis & Analytical Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to digest complex project documentation and distill it into clear, audience-appropriate takeaways.
• Mastery of our Keynote: Expert-level presentation design skills with a strong eye for typography, layout, storytelling flow, and executive-level polish.
• Exceptional Writing & Editorial Skills: Proven track record of writing clear, compelling, error-free copy across executive briefings, newsletters, and long-form features.
• Eye for Modern Web Design & Layout: Solid understanding of digital UX/UI principles, information architecture, and web aesthetics (no programming/coding required).
• AI Tool Fluency: Comfort and enthusiasm for using generative AI tools to assist in drafting, ideation, asset creation, and rapid web prototyping.
• Graphic Design & Photo Illustration: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch) to produce custom digital assets.
• Executive Presence & Discretion: Ability to iterate quickly based on senior stakeholder feedback and handle sensitive, confidential project data
