Technical Program Manager

Role Overview:

• We are seeking an exceptionally organized, strategic, and proactive Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive our Software Management Program.
• In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for organizing and driving the Software centralization program, streamlining operational workflows, and uniting cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
• As a forward-thinking technology leader, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT) to accelerate program delivery, optimize decision-making, and automate complex workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or Operations Leadership in a scaling tech company.
• Familiarity with modern program management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Industry certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe are a plus.
• Experience developing custom AI prompts or workflows for business and engineering automation.
