Responsibilities

• Lead design concepts and creative output across multiple projects and clients, translating creative briefs and brand strategy into compelling design solutions.
• Develop clean, modern digital designs and scalable brand systems, primarily in Figma, including motion and animation for digital and brand experiences.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal teams and clients while collaborating with creative, account, strategy, and project management teams.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high standards of craft, quality, and attention to detail.
• Provide mentorship, peer feedback, and creative guidance, and participate in workshops, brainstorms, and collaborative creative development.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in an agency or large-brand in-house creative environment, including experience at a Senior Designer, ACD, Design Director, or similar level.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, brand development, conceptual thinking, and exceptional craft across multiple clients and project types.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Required experience in motion design and animation.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, collaboration, and organizational skills; a bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
