Role Overview:
The Digital Workplace Client Engineering Services Team
Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing regional digital workplace platforms, focusing on client engineering, endpoint standards, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee team activities; ensure platform reliability, performance, and user satisfaction; define and implement IT policies and best practices; collaborate with organizational decision-makers to develop cost-effective technology solutions; build global relationships; foster team development through coaching and mentoring; and serve as a technical leader in end-user computing strategy and design.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, with 8+ years of relevant IT experience, including 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Expertise in Endpoint Management (On-Prem/Cloud), with certifications preferred, and experience managing large enterprise endpoint technologies (e.g., Intune, device management).
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and collaboration skills are essential.
Location & Workstyle
Based onsite at designated office locations, with potential for one remote day weekly. Moderate domestic travel required.
