About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Solutions Lead to drive innovative automotive R&D initiatives.
Responsibilities
Include
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI solutions for vehicle development, simulation, manufacturing quality, and digital twins.
- Developing and validating AI/ML models with measurable impacts, including surrogate models using Graph Convolutional Neural Networks (GCNNs).
- Architecting scalable cloud-based AI systems on AWS/Azure, managing the full AI lifecycle—data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implementing MLOps best practices such as versioning, drift detection, CI/CD, and traceability.
- Supporting ETL activities and establishing design standards for reuse and auditability.
- Mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams including CAE, CAD, and manufacturing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience developing and deploying ML/AI systems, with 3+ in production environments.
- Expertise in graph neural networks, Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and cloud deployment.
- Strong foundation in statistics, optimization, and numerical methods; experience with MLOps tools (Docker, MLflow).
- Preferred experience with CAE, physics-informed ML, and automotive design engineering.
