We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise applications using .NET, C#, and MongoDB.

This role combines hands-on software engineering, technical leadership, architecture contributions, and mentorship to deliver secure, resilient, and high-performing solutions within a modern Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications supporting healthcare and business workflows.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using .NET and C# technologies.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions and application modernization initiatives.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and services that improve development efficiency and maintainability.
• Participate in system design reviews and technical solution planning.

API Development & Systems Integration

• Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs and service integrations.
• Integrate enterprise applications with internal and third-party platforms.
• Develop secure and reliable interfaces that support business-critical processes.
• Ensure API scalability, availability, performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement robust solutions.

Database Engineering & MongoDB Optimization

• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, collections, indexes, and query performance.
• Develop and maintain efficient data access patterns for enterprise applications.
• Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Ensure data integrity, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Support both NoSQL and relational database environments where required.

Cloud, Microservices & Modern Engineering Practices

• Develop and deploy cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
• Support containerized application environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Participate in cloud architecture and deployment initiatives.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Promote software engineering best practices and architectural standards.

Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting

• Analyze application performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Resolve complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Improve application reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor application health and implement proactive improvements.
• Support production systems and critical business applications.

Agile Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices.
• Support knowledge sharing, technical documentation, and team development initiatives.
• Help foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Emerging Technologies & Innovation

• Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance application capabilities.
• Support AI integration initiatives where applicable.
• Recommend improvements to development processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Stay current with industry trends and modern software development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in:

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• MongoDB
• Experience developing enterprise-scale applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and application scalability.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
