You will play a key role in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, contributing to architecture decisions, feature delivery, application modernization, automation initiatives, and the adoption of emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Build scalable, responsive, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.
• Deliver features from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following established development standards and best practices.

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

• Participate in application architecture, technical design discussions, and technology evaluations.
• Contribute to platform modernization and adoption of cloud-native architectures.
• Lead the implementation of complex technical features and integration solutions.
• Recommend innovative approaches to improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Develop and support applications deployed on modern cloud platforms and containerized environments.
• Contribute to microservices architectures, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems solutions.
• Support platform scalability, availability, resiliency, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize deployment pipelines and cloud operations.

Application Quality & Performance

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while maintaining application stability and reliability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
• Ensure applications meet security, accessibility, compliance, and quality standards.
• Utilize monitoring, logging, and observability tools to improve system health and user experience.

DevOps & Continuous Delivery

• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software releases.
• Participate in automated testing, code quality reviews, and release management processes.
• Promote development practices that improve deployment frequency, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with product owners, designers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused digital experiences.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and solution discussions.
• Ensure technical solutions meet both business objectives and user needs.

Mentorship & Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical guidance and support to fellow developers.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Help establish engineering standards, development best practices, and quality frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of experience working with modern front-end JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
• Exposure to AI-powered development tools, intelligent automation technologies, or AI-enabled software solutions.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting web-based applications.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in modern front-end and back-end development technologies.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance web applications.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and container technologies.
• Experience with content management platforms and enterprise web ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of API integration, third-party services, analytics platforms, and monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, DevOps methodologies, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational database systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in enterprise environments.
• Interest in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and development tools.
