About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges and building robust foundations for high-performing development teams. In this role, you will strengthen frontend architecture, optimize engineering workflows, and improve the reliability, scalability, and observability of modern web applications.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll lead initiatives that enhance development efficiency, streamline release processes, and establish best practices across frontend ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain modern frontend architecture using contemporary web technologies and frameworks.
• Improve developer productivity by evolving build systems, tooling, and shared platform capabilities.
• Design, implement, and optimize frontend infrastructure that supports scalable application development.
• Streamline CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability, performance, and development velocity.
• Drive improvements in automated testing frameworks, quality assurance processes, and engineering standards.
• Develop and enhance observability solutions to improve application monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational visibility.
• Build and maintain reusable libraries, shared components, and internal platform tools used across multiple teams.
• Lead technical initiatives that require coordination among engineering, product, and platform stakeholders.
• Establish frontend best practices related to performance, maintainability, security, and scalability.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Deep expertise in modern JavaScript and TypeScript development.
• Extensive experience building applications with React and contemporary frontend ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of modern build tools, bundlers, and frontend infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Experience developing and supporting automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies for web applications.
• Strong understanding of web platform fundamentals, browser behavior, and frontend architecture patterns.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining internal developer platforms, shared libraries, or engineering tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience improving large-scale frontend ecosystems and developer experience initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of static analysis, code quality tooling, and automated governance frameworks.
• Background in performance optimization and scalable frontend architecture.
• Experience driving engineering standards and platform modernization efforts.
