Operations Manager

Position Overview This role involves managing and evaluating all distribution center functions to ensure operational objectives are met. Key responsibilities include developing and executing annual plans, forecasting staffing and equipment needs, and implementing process improvements.

The candidate will foster high customer service standards, communicate with various teams and clients regarding deliveries and service issues, and oversee the adoption of new assets and facilities to drive business results.

Additional duties include maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting performance evaluations, supporting team development, and facilitating succession planning. Collaboration across departments is essential to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

And Skills 7-10 years of experience in retail operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain management Bachelor's Degree in General Studies or related field Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, and supply chain processes Familiarity with D.O.T regulations and tractor/trailer operations Strong leadership, team facilitation, and communication skills Physical ability to work in warehouse environments and perform walking and standing tasks Must support a safe workplace, lead teams effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve company goals.
