About this role
We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join a contract engagement in Pennsylvania. This role is suited for a design specialist with strong Figma expertise who can translate user needs and business goals into intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings several years of hands-on UX design experience and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting pharmaceutical or direct-to-consumer initiatives is valued.
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and refined interface designs for digital products using Figma and related design tools.
- Partner with product, marketing, development, and other stakeholders to turn requirements into clear, engaging user experiences that align with brand and business objectives.
- Conduct design exploration and iterative testing to refine usability, improve customer journeys, and support data-informed experience decisions.
- Develop and maintain visual and interaction design assets across platforms, ensuring consistency in layout, functionality, and brand expression.
- Contribute to design reviews, feedback sessions, and Agile ceremonies while adapting solutions based on project priorities and user insights.
- Apply knowledge of responsive design, front-end considerations, and digital best practices to produce feasible and effective user interface solutions.
- Support experimentation initiatives such as A/B testing by preparing design variations and helping evaluate user response and performance outcomes.
- If needed, assist with experience design work tied to evolving platforms, workflows, or process updates as part of broader project responsibilities.
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design, interaction design, or a closely related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, with the ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Hands-on experience with design applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
- Understanding of digital design principles, including usability, responsive design, and accessibility considerations.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum environments and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of CSS and front-end design constraints to support practical design execution.
- Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, or optimization work is preferred.
- Background in pharmaceutical or direct-to-consumer design projects is a plus.
