Overview

Growing organization is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead infrastructure operations, security initiatives, and enterprise technology platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining secure and reliable IT systems while supporting business operations and technology modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity operations.
• Manage Microsoft cloud services, identity platforms, collaboration tools, and hybrid environments.
• Oversee network, server, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Support cybersecurity programs, risk management initiatives, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Coordinate technology projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and escalation support for the IT team.
• Maintain documentation, policies, procedures, and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting Microsoft cloud technologies and hybrid enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, identity management, and virtualization platforms.
• Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while serving as both a technical leader and hands-on contributor.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, or related credentials.
• Experience supporting audits, security assessments, or compliance initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and business technologies.
