Position Highlights:

• Develop and lead personalized body mechanics and stretching programs.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement customized solutions.
• Educate employees on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Build lasting client relationships as a trusted workplace health expert.

Interviewing/Hiring timeframe:

• Phone Interviews now through the end of October
• Site interviews first 2 weeks of November
• Estimated start date January 2027

Requirements:

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license.
• BLS and CPR certifications (MHFA preferred).
• 2+ years of experience, orthopedic background required.
• Required to pass a background and drug test
• Strong communication, independence, and problem-solving skills.
