Are you a Physical Therapist who enjoys variety, building relationships, and making a direct impact on people’s health and safety? On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy (OSSPT) is looking for an experienced PT to support two established workplace programs in Maple Grove and Arden Hills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite injury prevention and early intervention services
• Perform musculoskeletal assessments
• Lead stretching and mobility programs
• Conduct ergonomic evaluations
• Educate employees on injury prevention and body mechanics

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience required
• Orthopedic experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently
