On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide on-site injury prevention, ergonomic support, and musculoskeletal care in a workplace setting in Franklin Furnace, Ohio.

Schedule

• Saturdays only
• 8-hour shift

Pay

• $45.00 to $60.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention for musculoskeletal discomfort
• Lead stretching and movement programs to help reduce injury risk
• Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations
• Educate employees on body mechanics, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Partner with site leadership to support employee health and safety initiatives

Requirements

• Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience required
• Orthopedic experience required
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a workplace setting
