Occupational Therapist – Home Health

Role Overview:

Seeking a Licensed or Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct patient care in home settings, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and instruction based on physician orders. The role involves re-evaluating patients, adjusting treatment programs, and instructing patients and families on therapy procedures and device use.

Collaboration with physicians and other practitioners is essential to ensure integrated care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instructs patients and families on treatment procedures
• Reassesses and adapts therapy plans for maximum benefit
• Assists patients with occupational activities and device use
• Coordinates with healthcare professionals to optimize care

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Driver’s License and OT Licensure
• No prior experience required
