Registered Nurse (MICU)

Provide compassionate, high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the MICU. Assess patient condition, closely monitor complex cases, and respond promptly to rapid changes in status.

Administer medications and deliver appropriate nursing interventions based on clinical standards. Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively to support safe, quality outcomes.

Support and educate families through critical illness with empathy and clarity.

• Respond to clinical deterioration and rapidly changing conditions
• Administer medications and manage complex care needs
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and other disciplines
• Provide family-centered support during critical illness

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse licensure
• Ability to deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate bedside manner and patient/family advocacy
