Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care on inpatient units.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of complex patients.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, health management, and recovery.
• Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Maintain quality and patient safety standards, including infection prevention practices.
• Apply professional nursing judgment while continually developing clinical skills in a teaching and tertiary care environment.

Qualifications/Skills

• Active Registered Nurse licensure.
