About this role
Role Overview:
Provides skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, focusing on developmental and orthopedic pediatric patients.
Responsibilities include establishing treatment plans, delivering therapy, educating patients and families, collaborating with healthcare teams, delegating tasks, and documenting care.
Qualifications required are a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, a Physical Therapist License, with a preference for a Master’s Degree.
No prior experience is necessary, but the ability to evaluate, reassess, and consult on patient care is essential.
Key Duties:
- Develop and implement treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and complete documentation in line with departmental policies.
